Project HOPE is partnering with the US Navy in a medical humanitarian mission that will include a visit to Vietnam July 15-25. COO of Project HOPE since Nov 2006, Dr. Fox served 28 years in the US Army in a variety of medical command, staff, and surgical positions. Trained in Special Forces and Airborne operations, he has commanded an Airborne Forward Surgical team, Special Forces Company, Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH), and culminated his career as the commanding General for the Airborne Medical Brigade.
