We, Jun 1 Customer: Who Cares? – Theory and Reality of the Customer Value Proposition Thinking about “Value,” Peter Drucker wrote: “What the business thinks it produces is not of first importance, what the customer thinks he is buying, what he considers value, is decisive. And what the customer buys and considers value, is never a product. It is always utility, that is what a product does for him.” As competition increases within markets, the challenge of creating a customer value proposition that distinguishes you in the eyes of the customer becomes much more difficult! To do this you need to start simplifying complexity.

Less talk, more action: timid Asia needs to be decisive in the battle against inflation Vietnam is a cautionary tale among developing economies. It exudes potential and its natural resources, demographics and low-cost labour are attracting the world’s attention. And yet Vietnam has too much of a good thing on its hands: too much money chasing too few stable investments.
