Event Description
We are excited to welcome Ambassador Marc Knapper back to Ho Chi Minh City for his second AmCham engagement of 2025—as well as several former ambassadors and leading country managers who will help mark this important milestone with us.
This year marks 30 years since the United States and Vietnam normalized diplomatic relations—a remarkable journey from reconciliation to partnership, and from partnership to prosperity. Over these three decades, U.S. businesses have played a vital role in shaping that story, driving trade, investment, innovation, and shared growth.
To celebrate this milestone, AmCham Vietnam in HCMC will host a special event bringing together leaders from government and the private sector to reflect on how far we’ve come—and to explore what’s next for the U.S.–Vietnam business relationship.
The program will feature keynote remarks from senior representatives of both governments and the private sector, followed by three dynamic panels:
