We provide comprehensive support, managing all logistical arrangements including event promotion, coordination with hotels for meeting space and catering, distribution of invitations, registration management, and on-site guest reception.
Service fee per event: Â VND 13,500,000 for members | VND 27,000,000 for non-members
How it works:
- The company provides the topic, event description for the website, and speaker details at least six weeks prior to the event date.
- The company logo will appear on the event description page on our website and on the event backdrop as Event Sponsor.
- The company receives three complimentary tickets, inclusive of the speaker.
- A link to the event photo album will be shared after the event.

Distributed weekly to approximately 10,000 contacts—including over 2,000 representatives from 550 member companies, along with 8,000 additional readers across Vietnam, the Asia-Pacific region, and the United States—this platform offers valuable visibility and targeted outreach within a dynamic business community.
Each member company is entitled to three complimentary announcements per membership year.
Fee:
VND 3,600,000 for members (applicable after the three complimentary announcements provided annually by AmCham have been used)
VND 4,700,000 for non-members

eBlast Advertising
– Email Blast (eBlast or Standalone email) is a digital marketing option open to members and non-members in good standing
– Target audience: Over 10,000 contacts, including over 2,000 representatives of 550 members, plus over 8,000 readers in Vietnam, Asia-Pacific countries, and the USA.
– eBlast is sent out on Wednesday afternoon,
– Payment must be received to confirm the scheduled date.
– eBlast banner should be submitted at least two days prior to the scheduled send date
– We will include a disclaimer that this is a Sponsored Message
– Due to the popularity of this program, eBlast advertising is available on a first come, first served basis
eBlast information should be positive in nature. The Chamber has the right to refuse any advertisement not consistent with the Chamber’s mission.
