Leadership Team
Chair Ha Le, Head of Government Relations and Public Policy – Vietnam, P&G Ha Le is leading Government Relations and Public Policy for P&G Vietnam. Ha has over a decade of substantial experience spanning development, government affairs, and business intelligence area. Prior to joining P&G, Ha worked for a UK and a Singaporean advisory firms where she advised major clients in APAC and in S&P 500/Fortune 500 on intelligence-driven opportunities in South-East Asia as well as government affairs in Vietnam. Previously, Ha spent her time in the U.S. as a researcher at the Accountability Research Center where she co-authored reports evaluating the World Bank’s citizen engagement efforts in Mozambique, Myanmar, and Nigeria; at American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative to support anti-corruption projects and environment-related advocacy; and at the Bank Information Center as a Program Fellow to support analyses into information access policies of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Ha started her career as leader of the international news team at a local media outlet; and thereafter in anti-corruption and transparency area with Transparency International’s National Contact in Vietnam. Ha holds a master’s degree in International and Intercultural Communication with a concentration in Development and Environmental Policy from the School of International Service, American University in Washington D.C. She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Finance from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University in Hanoi. |
Vice Chair
Pham Huu Tri, Vice President, Supply Chain, Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. Pham Huu Tri is Vice President of Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd., taking full responsibility for the supply chain, including three factories: Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Tri has over 23 years of rich experience with diverse industries, from agriculture (focus on pepper and cashew) to handicrafts and FMCG, including dairy, and cosmetics, before joining beverages. Tri has contributed significantly to developing the supply chain in Vietnam with the spirit of daring to doubt, daring to do, ambition, and passion in work during almost ten years working in Coca-Cola Vietnam. With more than seven years leading the Hanoi plant, the last two years in the new role of supply chain vice president, Tri has led the Vietnam team to win many valuable awards, such as:

Giovanni Rojas, Senior Managing Director of Target Sourcing Services Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. Giovanni has over 19 years industry experience spanning China, South East Asia and Latin America with Leadership roles of Global Sourcing, Engineering and corporate supply chain strategy. Giovanni has a sound record in transforming global sourcing/supply organizations through new operating models, innovative supplier collaboration strategies, and cutting-edge technology. He is seasoned in establishing and evolving teams at critical functions in strategic sourcing countries. His footprint in Vietnam goes back to 2011 and currently is focused on boosting supply chain value, ESG, and diversification while enhancing supply chain transparency. Giovanni is a strong advocate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is motivated to cultivate highly engaged partnerships to operationalize business practices that accelerates the achievement of goals for a better and regenerative tomorrow. |
Board Liaison Giang Vu, Government and Public Affairs, Director, Nike Vietnam Giang Vu is NIKE’s Director for Government and Public Affairs, leading the government engagement and community impact program for NIKE in Viet Nam, Cambodia and Thailand. She co-chairs Amcham Vietnam’s Manufacturing Committee and is an active member at various committees in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. Prior to NIKE, she led communications for CARE International in Vietnam, a non-profit organization with a primary focus on women’s empowerment, and covered Vietnam’s foreign affairs for Tuoi Tre newspaper, one of the leading papers in the country. Giang holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Diplomacy Academy of Vietnam and a master’s degree in public administration from the School of Public Policy at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. |
