Her deep expertise and strategic insight have made her an invaluable advisor to clients navigating Vietnam’s complex tax landscape and beyond. An specializes in providing guidance to both multinational corporations and local businesses on designing tax-efficient structures for inbound investments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing tax strategies. She is skilled in developing tailored solutions that align with local regulations and international best practices. An holds an MBA from the University of Hawai’i Shidler College of Business, USA, and is an active member of the Vietnam Tax Consultant Association (VTCA), the Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA), and CPA Australia. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Tax & Customs Committee at AmCham Vietnam. |
Ngan Dang
Tax Partner Deloitte Vietnam Ngan is the International Tax Leader of Deloitte Vietnam. She has 15 years of experience in tax and corporate services in Vietnam, with expertise in tax compliance, planning, and restructuring. Ngan has provided tax advisory, compliance, due diligence, and tax audit assistance services to both multinational and Vietnamese companies across diverse sectors, including trading, manufacturing, real estate, education, financial services, and consumer goods. In addition to her broad expertise, Ngan has deep knowledge of Pillar 2 – Global Minimum Tax, particularly in the context of Vietnam. She has been instrumental in helping companies understand and comply with the implications of the global minimum tax, ensuring they stay aligned with international tax reforms while managing their local tax obligations. |
Quan Tat
Tax Partner Deloitte Vietnam Quan is a Tax Partner of Deloitte Vietnam based in Ho Chi Minh City. He has 14 years of experience in advising FDIs and large Vietnamese groups on complex Transfer Pricing matters from value chain alignment, internal pricing and modeling, documentation, and controversy management. Quan has extensive experience in Consumer, and Technology, Media and Communication sectors. He is also active in Energy and Resources. Along with being a specialist in Transfer Pricing, Quan is also a core member in Deloitte’s steering team on BEPS 2.0 since 2021. In addition, Quan is Deloitte Vietnam’s TP technology champion responsible for adopting tools and software (i.e. CDX, Digital DoX, TP Operate, etc.) developed by Deloitte Global. Quan is the member of the Vietnam Tax Consulting Association (VTCA). |
Bob Fletcher Customs & Global Trade Director Deloitte Vietnam Bob Fletcher is a Director, and leader of Customs & Global Trade team in HCMC. Bob is Vice-Chair of the AmCham Tax & Customs Committee. With 35+ years in customs and indirect tax consultancy, Bob is has advised assisted businesses, across all the major Business Sectors including those in the Industrial Products sector, structure their contractual and supply chain arrangements to be customs duty/VAT/tax efficient. Bob is a frequent speaker on various trending customs and indirect tax topics. He has contributed to a number of AmCham position papers to Government Authorities on revisions to Customs & Global Trade Policies, to support the business community. Bob is recognized by International Tax Review as a Highly Regarded Practitioner. |
