Event Description

The new Penal Code has made many changes. It challenges old thinking on what is criminal conduct. For the first time, enterprises can now be charged with criminal acts. In addition, in certain circumstances, individuals may be criminally responsible for unlawful employee termination. A welcome change is that private bribery and kick-backs by employees is now a crime. A welcome change is decriminalization of certain activities and acts. These changes and new concepts will be addressed at the coming Event to be held on June 12, 2018 at Part Hyatt Saigon.
