Experience a one-of-a-kind dining event featuring a multi-course menu collaboration inspired by America’s best food and beverages created by top local chefs!  AmCham Vietnam will feature four of HCMC’s best chefs for a special “Taste of America” experience—complete with live cooking demonstrations showcasing American food and drink.

AmCham’s Taste of America will be held at the Grain Cooking Studio on Saturday, September 7^th, where some of HCMC’s best chefs will cook-up their favorite American dishes live while guests can watch and/or participate at Grain’s fully equipped cooking stations, with all food expertly paired with premium American beer, spirits and wines.

The guest experience at this event will offer a unique interactive, hands-on opportunity with the food and beverages featured by the chefs involved.  Chef Tristan Ngo from Skewers, Chef Gabe Boyer from Soul Burger, Chef Michael Rose from Jane Bistro and Chef Calvin Bui from El Camino are the featured chefs for the event.

As the capstone event of AmCham’s National Retreat,  guests will include the U.S. Ambassador, new incoming Consul General, other senior members of the U.S. Mission, and the Boards and Members of both AmCham HCMC and Hanoi, to include senior executives of major companies doing business in Vietnam.

Due to the unique venue and format, space is very limited to advance registrations.  Book your space early!

Cost & Registration

Price includes canapés, 5-course meals, free flow of wine, Budweiser beer,  Tito’s cocktails, and Coca-Cola & Pepsi soft drinks.
