Clemence Aron
Programme Director, The Mekong Club Clemence currently manages the implementation of social sustainability programmes at the Mekong Club. Her career is dedicated to empowering businesses to adopt ethical and sustainable practices in their operations and supply chains. Clemence has a strong background in managing cross-functional projects, deploying sustainability strategies, leading research initiatives, and providing training to diverse stakeholders, including private companies, NGOs, chambers of commerce, government bodies, and international organizations. Before joining the Mekong Club, she worked as a consultant at the International Labour Organization (ILO) and has experience in the private sector, both in-house and in consulting. |
Bao Nguyen
Co-Founder, Green Transition Consulting & Training Co-Chair, CCIFV ESG Task Force Bao has worked in the Sustainability field over 18 years, as Sustainability & Communication Director in the private sector. In addition, Bao has led several pioneering organizations and associations based in Vietnam (VCCI-VBCSD, VGBC, GRI) with the purpose of promoting sustainability standards, building capacity of sustainability for the private sectors and support enterprises in deployment of their sustainability goals. He is currently the Vice chairman of the EUROCHAM Green Growth Sector Committee since 2016 and Co-chairman of the French Chamber of Commerce ESG Tasks Force. His holistic background provide him the in-depth comprehension of ESG to advise and accompany enterprises in their ESG strategy and implementation correctly and effectively. |
Van Ly Partner, Raise Partners Co-Chair, AmCham ESG Committee Van is a partner at Raise Partners, an ESG and sustainability consulting practice in Vietnam. She thrives in brokering partnerships, mobilizing people behind social impact programs and initiatives, and helping others communicate about the impact they are making in their communities and around the world. She has extensive experience working in the private sector in corporate citizenship, branding, and communications and in the NGO sector in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, communications, and program management. In 2020, she co-founded Raise Partners, a collaborative women-led consulting practice sharing expertise with organizations that contribute to the betterment of humanity. She serves as Co-Chair for AmCham’s ESG Committee and is also a member of the Steering Committee for Vietnam Business Forum’s Environment Working Group. |
