Event Description
As we experience the fourth wave of COVID-19 in Vietnam, both employers and employees face new work challenges. “Agile” workforces are part of the solution. Whether you are a CEO, HR or Talent Director, or an employee suddenly back working from home, join this virtual event to learn more about what an agile workforce is, and how to develop and be a productive and happy member of an agile workforce.
Employers are striving to protect the health and safety of their employees and maintain normal and effective operations. Three of every four employers require at least 50% of their workforce to be based in the workplace all or most of the time, due to the type of roles they are in (Skills Revolution Reboot). Yet, the ManpowerGroup research paper “What Workers Want” has revealed employees’ well-being and safety are top concerns of employees in general and working parents in particular.
To meet both business and individual concerns, most organizations nowadays have gradually shifted towards agile working environments. To understand how this approach can work well for both employers and employees, you are invited to join the webinar “Developing Agile Workforces that Work”, co-organized by ManpowerGroup and AmCham Vietnam to share case studies from leading HR experts and business owners, as well as insights and best practices from business leaders.
How does the new agile working model benefit businesses and employees?
- Agile working leverages technology and flexibility to enable employees and their organization to collaborate effectively across departments, locations and working environment.
- Agile working can become a part of our everyday work culture to facilitate an optimal balance between productivity, performance, information security, compliance, client satisfaction, and well-being.
- Agile working requires, and can help promote, an even stronger culture of mutual trust and responsibility between managers and members of their teams.
Who Should Attend
We welcome CEOs, as well as Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development Directors to our event. It is also a great opportunity for employees who want to adapt to agile work environments, remain integral and valuable members of your organizations and teams, advance in your careers, and maintain your own health and wellbeing.
