Kimi is the trusted source for high-level global connections for frontier technology, deep tech and blockchain with a focus in South East Asia. In 2018, Kimi founded YellowBlocks – the first consulting firm in Vietnam focusing on Emerging Tech – which quickly became the trusted partner for more than 120 organizations in over 40 countries, including 4 governments (Vietnam, Australia, Singapore and Austria). In 2022 – she founded Create42 – a boutique consulting firm in Dubai which focuses on Web3, Blockchain and frontier technologies.
Kimi holds a BSc with merit from Helsinki University of Technology, and a first-class honor MBA at University of Gloucestershire, UK. She has deep understanding and passion for frontier technology (especially blockchain and metaverse) both in terms of technology stack, business use cases and growth hacking with marketing, communications and community. After multiple years of being a change agent to promote innovation, revenue growth and massive brand awareness for multiple industries, Kimi has set up strategies and foundation for tech products/services to penetrate new market and new countries. She has led 30+ high-profile multi-million marketing projects for premium brands as well as setting up the global operations for a brand from the ground up.
Kimiko is a frequent speaker and host for various global technology, business and marketing conferences including Techcrunch China, Vietnam TechFest, Hanoi Innovation Summit,… In 2019, Kimiko was nominated as the Top 20 Young Leaders in Australia – Vietnam. In 2020, Kimi was among Analytics Insight’ The 10 Most Influential Women in Technology 2020.
In her free time, she loves to explore how the Universe works and engage with multiple creative mediums.
