Event Description
Vietnam’s employment law landscape has seen several notable developments in the last few months. These updates have introduced significant changes in respect to regulations in key areas governing foreign workers and immigration, social and health insurance, and trade unions.
This session, organized in cooperation with Baker McKenzie, aims to provide a practical briefing on these employment-related legal reforms as well as their ESG related and broader implications to employers in Vietnam.
We invite participants to register and submit questions ahead of time to help make the briefing as efficient and practical as possible.
