The Labor Code draft is supplement and amended by Ministry of Labor, War invalids and Social Affairs to report to Government on May, 2019. This is a law which has large scope of regulation and deep influence to business environment in Vietnam as well as economic integration process of Vietnam towards the world.
In order to creating a forum for Government Agencies, Chambers, Business community and experts to share and contribute to this Labor Code draft, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) coordinates with Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), Vietnam Leather, Footwear and Handbag Association (LEFASO), Vietnam Electronic Industries Association (VEIA), American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham), Japanese Business Association Vietnam (JBAV) and Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) to organize “Seminar on revised Labor Code” workshop.
