Event Description
The needs and demands on current and future employees is constantly increasing, with needs for new skills to enable businesses to be successful. But what are these skills and are employees being prepared today for tomorrow?
No matter if you are a student, an employee, or an employer, we need to be ready for the workforce transformation that is currently ongoing. This event will be a chance to explore the challenges around ensuring the future workforce is prepared sufficiently to meet the employer demands. We will examine the results of last year’s skill gap survey in depth and then work through potential ways forward and measures needed to ensure an appropriate workforce in the future.
Fulbright will share the survey results along with a detailed analysis of the trends, and then we will have a working group session to further discuss, with an eye towards making recommendations that could include how to better leverage AmCham’s advocacy power to help properly prepare future employees.
Register now and be part of the solution!
