Statement of Interest
I have had front row seat to AmCham‘s journey over the past 30 years and know what an effective AmCham looks like:
Focused on three pillars of AmCham: advocacy, networking and information sharing. This is the core value we offer our members.
Thinking big: AmCham was instrumental in the content and signing of the Bi-lateral Trade Agreement and Vietnam‘s WTO entry; This involved advocacy with multiple stakeholders in both countries, and AmCham‘s contribution was exemplary. There is still so much more to do to improve Vietnam‘s business environment and AmCham should not underestimate its potential in doing so.
Led by highly engaged members: We need to attract and energize future leaders and contributors of vision, energy and commitment by demonstrating that engagement can be fulfilling and effective.
Focused on shared Interests: The whole point of a chamber is for businesses to come together to achieve shared goals; enabling us to punch above our weight on advocacy; transact business and share information.
