American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham Vietnam) was in honor to host the roundtable discussion for the new USAID Mission Director, Ann Marie Yastishock as her first trip down to Ho Chi Minh City in New World Saigon Hotel, January 21st 2021, at the same time coinciding with the new presidential administration’s inauguration in the United States and USAID Mission Director in Vietnam Ann Marie’s recent arrival.
The roundtable did receive the compliment from the new USAID Mission in Vietnam as the great initative of AmCham Vietnam and was highly appreciated by AmCham Vietnam’s premium members and Committee leads, who participated in the event and were shared the wide range of USAID’s Economic Growth programs in Vietnam, the 2021 priorities and potential partnership opportunities in trade and investment facilitation, economic growth, SME capacity building and supply chain connectivity, digital transformation, healthcare, education, environment protection and sustainable growth.
We look forward to the deep discussion on the potential partnerships in certain sectors between AmCham Vietnam and USAID Mission in Vietnam.
