In 2021, the fourth wave of COVID-19 caused extreme hardship in Vietnam. Additionally, risks remain and the negative impact of COVID on the economy is still very much present in our day-to-day activities.
Among AmCham Vietnam’s 500+ member companies and organizations, many have shown generosity and rapidly leveraged their resources to deliver emergency relief to local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as strategic support towards economic recovery and resilience.
To honor and recognize AmCham members who made significant contributions, AmCham Vietnam is seeking applications from member companies/organizations interested in being considered for the 2021 AmCham CARES Awards for COVID Relief & Recovery.
At the Giving Thanks Dinner on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at The Reverie Saigon, AmCham Vietnam will present the awards. The Giving Thanks Dinner will take place as a Level II event, subject to capacity limits in effect at that time (which we expect to be expanded). Senior U.S. and Vietnamese government officials and members of the media will also be invited.
