John Campbell, Senior Consultant, Ho Chi Minh City, Savills

John joined Savills in 2017 to develop the industrial services department and further strengthen Savills position and leadership in the Viet Nam market. As the newest service line, John and his team support industrial stakeholders in market entry, portfolio diversification, expansion, acquisition/disposal and strategic leasing.
John leads a team that works with clients from an array of backgrounds, whether in manufacturing, processing & assembly or logistics & warehousing, Coming from a background in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Sector, outsourcing building management solutions for production facilities, John has transferred his experience and knowledge of Vietnam’s industrial sector to the real estate and property services market where he has facilitated ready-built and land lease transactions, as well as factory acquisition deals.
