Partner, Tax & Transfer Pricing Deloitte Vietnam, HCMC Quan is a Tax Partner of Deloitte Vietnam based in Ho Chi Minh City. He has 14 years of experience in advising FDIs and large Vietnamese groups on complex Transfer Pricing matters from value chain alignment, internal pricing and modeling, documentation, and controversy management. Quan has extensive experience in Consumer, and Technology, Media and Communication sectors. He is also active in Energy and Resources. Along with being a specialist in Transfer Pricing, Quan is also a core member in Deloitte’s steering team on BEPS 2.0 since 2021. In addition, Quan is Deloitte Vietnam’s TP technology champion responsible for adopting tools and software (i.e. CDX, Digital DoX, TP Operate, etc.) developed by Deloitte Global.
