Topic: UNLEASHING THE POWER OF TOGETHER Seaports are key nodes in global commerce and energy transition. Yet the industries that operate in these ports, from manufacturing to shipping & logistics services, are highly conservative in nature, and have been lagging when it comes to digital transformation of their businesses and supply chains. This legacy truly hampers port communities to remain competitive in today’s volatile economic and geopolitical climates and accelerate the decarbonisation of their industries. Critical success factor for this the efficient sharing of quality, (near)real-time data among supply chain partners. Today we explore the challenges an possibilities of secure and neutral data exchange to move local and global logistics into the future. |
