In this meeting, members will have an update on Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Our speakers from Baker & McKenzie will present the overview of CPTPP with impact on companies and business in Vietnam. They will also have a deeper sharing and discussion including country of origin rules, local content definition and impact on sourcing, tax reductions by product until coming fully into force in 10 year time, Vietnam 3 year implementation period.
