Event Description

Millennials (born 1981 to 1996) are in the workforce around 40% and will be up to 70% in the next 10 years for the most companies. They are not young any more. They are not inexperience any more. They start taking up management positions in the organization while having different set of expectations for their job and managers to compare with other managers of previous generations. We recognised that it must be NOW for the company to have a strategic plan, a right environment to engage, grow and make the company success through this workforce.

Join us at an HR Committee morning seminar to discuss the above in form of a strategic workshop designed in a new way of activities on 30 May 2018. The seminar is intended for executives and managers who are having millennials in their organizations, and also provides an opportunity for those millennials who are holding managerial positions to reflect on their own personal generational values.
