The event will also include a panel session with physicians and other health professionals on breast cancer and screening, programs and supports to help those affected from early detection and through every stage of life. The panel will also share more insights on how women wellness supports professional goals and achievements with a balanced and happy life.
*All guided movements are designed for office stress-reduction, and can be done at the event in your work/professional attire. No need for yoga mats or work-out clothing.
