International Business Consulting Projects. This is IBEAR’s capstone course. Over a 4-month period, teams of 5-6 students work with a client to develop proprietary reccommendations for one of its important business opportunities or challenges.

International Experiential Learning Program (IELP). This is a required 10-day component of the IBEAR MBA Program. IBEAR students pay the same $3,400 IELP fee as Marshall’s other MBA students pay. In 2019, the “Doing Business in China,”IELP will take the class to Shanghai and Shenzhen, the same as the 2018 program https://ibear-ielp.net/2018-schedule/.

Career Exploration Treks to Silicon Valley and Seattle. These experiential learning programs provide IBEAR students with opportunities to visit Fortune 500 companies, meet senior business leaders, and network with IBEAR and Marshall alumni. These Treks are funded through a combination of alumni donations, program fees, and student contributions. The schedules for the I-41 Class Treks are available at: https://tinyurl.com/y53qfnp4 and https://tinyurl.com/y5vgnvcf.
