If there is one thing that the past 18 months has really taught us, then it’s surely the value of Wellness in all its forms. AmCham is looking forward to celebrating a focus on Wellness in the coming weeks, kicking off today, June 12th, with Global Wellness Day, through to July 24th and International Self-Care Day.
Let’s take Global Wellness Day to the next level! We are sharing a few images of people around the world practicing wellness and self-care on AmCham’s social media channels. We would love to see how you have been working on your wellness!
Send photos or videos of your wellness efforts, with a short description if you like, to [email protected] Remember that wellness can take a variety of forms: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, financial, vocational, and social.
Wishing you all a happy, healthy, and productive day!
