Statement of Interest/Vision
As co-chair of the Digital Economy & Technology Committee, I have seen firsthand how AmCham membership benefits from our work. With our training on “Economic recovery, post-pandemic” we were able to engage the government, community, and businesses. In addition, our meeting with a Vietnamese government official drafting new regulations allowed AmCham members to ask questions and provide valuable feedback.
As a member of the AmCham Vietnam National Board of Governors, I will use my cross-cultural skills and influence to amplify the connectivity and engagement of our members in the following three layers:
- Government: I will ensure that our members’ needs are received and followed by specific action items.
- Community: I will build relationships with academia and non-governmental organizations to collaborate on mutually beneficial initiatives.
- Local businesses: I will leverage the first two layers to drive opportunities for AmCham members through access, business matching, awareness, or training.
I am confident that my skills and experience will make me a valuable asset to the AmCham Vietnam National Board of Governors. I am committed to working with other board members to advance the interests of our members and promote the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
