AmCham “Giving Thanks” Dinner – An Evening to Celebrate Excellence in Community Impact!
Please join us to give thanks for all the blessings we enjoy here in Vietnam, and celebrate Thanksgiving traditions, together with family, friends, and colleagues. Thanksgiving is an annual holiday that Americans celebrate with family and friends on the fourth Thursday in November (this year November 25) to give thanks for the harvest and good fortune we have enjoyed throughout the year.
This year has been an especially challenging year for Vietnam, for many of our companies, and our families. Yet, we have much for which we can be thankful, including the comprehensive vaccine rollout the Vietnamese Government is carrying out now, and the ongoing efforts the Government is making to partner with the private sector on reopening and economic recovery, as we all adjust to living safely with the virus. We at AmCham are also grateful for and proud of the U.S. Government’s more than 20 million doses of vaccines donated to Vietnam. We are also proud of the ways in which so many of our member companies have pitched in both to support the Vietnamese Government’s COVID response, as well to provide relief to the poor and disadvantaged here in Vietnam, who suffered even more during the COVID outbreaks.
At our 2021 Giving Thanks Dinner, we will honor and recognize AmCham member companies which have demonstrated leadership in COVID Relief and Recovery, both through the AmCham CARES program, and directly through your companies. (more information at
2021 AmCham CARES Awards for COVID Relief & Recovery .)
