Quynh Nhu is the Associate Manager of Human Capital Solutions unit at Talentnet, the exclusive local partner of Mercer in Vietnam. Quynh Nhu is industry leader of FMCG, Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Hospitality. Quynh Nhu is also a Forum leader of Asia Pacific Compensation & Benefit Forum (APCBF) in Vietnam and involving in many HR consulting projects.
With more than eight years experiences at Talentnet-Mercer, Quynh Nhu has been working with top companies in Consumer Goods, Life Sciences and Financial Services industry such as Heineken Vietnam Ltd, BAT- Vinataba (JV) Ltd., Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd., L’Oreal Vietnam Co., Ltd., Beiersdorf Vietnam, Abbott, Medtronic, Adamed (Davipharm), Techcombank, VPBank, SeABank, etc… in the areas of job matching, position evaluation, market analysis, compensation benchmarking and market practices advisory.
