Legal and VBF Liaison Committee Meeting, Ho Chi Minh City Chapter
Regular monthly meeting of the committee to review upcoming events, discuss and prepare positions on key issues, laws and regulations relating to trade and investment between Vietnam and the United States.
Legal Committee Administrative
A. Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of every month, 5:00 pm-6:00 pm.

D. New SBV Circular amending Circular 23/2014/TT-NHNN on bank account
E. Updates on (i) draft Decree amending Decree 06 on radio/television service, (ii) draft Cinema Law, and (iii) draft Decree amending Decree 72/2013/ND-CP on Internet services and cyber information
F. Updates on customs regulations: customs declarant in draft Decree amending Decree 08/2015/ND-CP
