Connor Heaney, Managing Director, CXC EMEA

Having spent most of his career in resource and talent management, Connor has accumulated significant experience within solutions sales, product development and operational delivery for CXC, in the UK and wider EMEA.

With a proven track record of successfully growing revenues, profits and teams, Connor is known for his passion for building and maintaining transformational relationships. Connor truly believes that “Customer is King” and, thus, is committed to play a part in their daily success stories, whilst executing the CXC vision in shaping the future of work.

John Smith, Managing Director, CXC America

John has over 20 years’ experience supporting corporations and human capital management organizations with global contingent workforce management solutions. John joined CXC in 2010 launching the Americas operations in the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Panama.

Well known for his expertise, John has been a featured speaker on the gig economy, global contractor management and compliance trends at Staffing Industry Analyst Executive Forum, HR.com’s Contract Talent Symposium, HRU Seattle & San Diego Forums and Executives Next Practice Conferences.

In February 2017, John was recognized as an HRO Magazine Leading Global Analyst.

Prior to CXC, John held leadership roles with CORESTAFF/Guidant Group, Ensemble/Chimes and The Albany Group.

Paul Chiswick, Director, Corporate Solutions

As Director of Corporate Solutions and a member of the Leadership Team, Paul’s role is focused on driving the best contract talent solutions for CXC’s existing and new clients. With his team of contingent workforce management specialists, Paul partners with clients in the design, implementation, delivery and transformation of their contingent workforce solutions.

The experience Paul has gained in this industry throughout Asia, Europe and here in Australia gives him the perfect foundation for advising CXC’s clients on initiatives to improve revenue, broaden access to talent, improve contractor quality, workforce insights and achieve better regulatory compliance.

Tracy Tran, Country Manager, Vietnam

Tracy Tran has been working in human resource consultancy services for over 14 years. She has a broad professional network as well as extensive knowledge of the human resource market in Vietnam.

She is often a guest speaker for Labour Market topics in various workshops (LBC), conferences (VSC group), seminars (VNHR Group) and universities in Ho Chi Minh City (RMIT, LOTUS, ECONOMIC).

Tracy received a B. Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and a Diploma in business Management – ACE qualification. Previously, she worked as Business Growth Director at PeopleLink for a year, where she won a well-known nutrition company contract valued at US$5.4 B. She also set up the successful Executive Search Team for Le & Associates since 2010 – 2016, consisting of 18 local specialists.
