The draft decree on Personal Data Protection has the potential for widespread impact on AmCham member companies.

Baker & McKenzie Partner and Chair of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) Investment & Trade Working Group Chung Seck will brief on key points of AmCham’s submission to the VBF and can consider the need for possible additional clarifications for our formal submission to the Ministry of Public Security, which we plan to submit later this week.
